I loved my stay here for three nights! The pool was super relaxing, and I enjoyed the awesome waffles at breakfast. The only downside was a bit of noise from some renovations, but it didn't bother me much. 😊

Read this before you decide
The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more comfortable. I appreciated the convenient access to my room, which made unloading my things simple!
Unfortunately, there was significant cleanliness concern as mold and mildew were evident. Furthermore, the area felt unsafe with vagrants lurking around the parking lot.

The room I stayed in was filthy. The bathroom was covered in hair, and the sheets were stained. I asked for a room change, but the second room smelled bad too, and the refrigerator had debris in it. This place definitely did not meet even basic cleanliness standards.

Room cleanliness could use serious improvement!!! Stained bedding, filthy floors, and bathrooms with hair remnants detract from the experience!!! Rooms also need better soundproofing due to noise disturbances from the outside!!!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
My group and I stayed for one night, and while the location is convenient, we faced some hiccups. The room was tight for four people, and amenities were minimal. We made the most of the stay by checking out a nearby restaurant that offered great local cuisine. I recommend bringing a power strip for charging devices.

The room was decent but had some issues. The bathtub wouldn't drain when we got there, so that was gross. It was also dirty overall. The staff was helpful when we decided to cancel, but I just expected better cleanliness. Not a great vibe with some sketchy people in the parking lot too.

The location of the Quality Inn, right off the highway, made it easy for me to find and access. The bed felt really comfortable, perfect after a long drive. I liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. that was handy for snacks and drinks. The room appeared clean at first glance, but there were definitely issues. The bathroom needed some work. The caulk around the tub had black spots, not great for cleanliness. I also found the light bulbs in the sink area flickering, making it a bit hard to see. Limited breakfast options were a letdown. Just a bit of cereal with no juice or hot items. I had to walk to Waffle House to get a real breakfast. Parking felt cramped, especially when other guests had moving trucks. Overall, it’s a decent place for one night, but there are several areas that could use improvement to make it a better stay.

Helpful staff but room cleanliness needs improvement
I stayed for one night and was greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. However, the room was not up to standard, with hair left in the bathroom and a tub that didn't drain properly. It was disappointing since I expected more from this brand.
